About: Roman Golovchenko’s father, Alexander Nikolaevich Golovchenko, graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute and worked as an engineer in the design bureau of Minsk Tractor Works. Roman Golovchenko lived in Zhodzina up until the age of 10, when he moved with his parents to Minsk, where he graduated from high school. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1996. He also graduated from the Academy of Public Administration in 2003.
