About: Ulisses Correia e Silva is a Cape Verdean businessman and politician. Silva earned his degree from the Technical University of Lisbon’s School of Economics and Business Management in 1988. Silva began his professional life in the financial industry. From 1989 to 1994, he served as the Bank of Cape Verde’s director of administration. Also, he was a professor at Cape Verde’s Jean Piaget University.
