About: Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed served as Minister of Agriculture from 2005 to 2011 and as Minister of Defense from 2011 to 2013. He studied for a degree in technical sciences, with a specialization in water management and the environment, at the University of Limoges in France. In a professional capacity, Mohamed began his career with Djibouti’s water authority, which later became the ONED. First worked there as interim Director General from 1978 to 1979, and then as Director General from 1983 to 2005.
